No case studies yet, and no demo work in their place
This page used to show nine project cards. None of them were Codexlava projects, so they are gone. We will publish work here once a client has agreed to be named, with their name on it.
Until then, below is what we build, with a link to the page that covers each one, and the ways you can judge us before you commit to anything.
The kind of work we take on
-
Operations
Internal platforms & automation
Line-of-business systems that replace spreadsheets and manual handoffs — process automation, internal applications, and integrations between the tools a team already runs.
-
Product
MVPs built to be tested
A first version scoped to the one thing that needs proving, built on architecture that survives the second version. Prototype approved before production code is written.
-
Commerce
E-commerce & CMS builds
Responsive, mobile-first storefronts and content sites with third-party API integration, built so the content team can run them without a developer.
-
Data
Dashboards & decision tooling
Turning data an organisation already holds into interactive dashboards and reporting that answers a specific question, rather than another export nobody opens.
-
Visibility
Search & AI discoverability
Technical SEO, schema, crawler access and llms.txt so a site is reachable and quotable — by Google and by AI assistants. No ranking position is guaranteed by anyone.
-
AI
AI inside existing software
Documents read into records, answers drawn from a company’s own data, enquiries triaged and drafts prepared — with a person approving wherever it matters.
-
Mobile
iOS & Android apps
One React Native codebase for both stores, sharing a back end with the website, published under the client’s own developer accounts.
How to judge us before you commit
Five points where you can check the work, and us, for yourself.
-
Before you call
Check that we are real
CODEXLAVA LTD is registered in England and Wales, company number 16654084, and is on the public record at Companies House. Look it up before you speak to us.
-
Discovery
Read the scope before agreeing to it
You approve a written scope before any design starts. It is read, questioned and agreed with you, not generated and handed over.
-
Design
Click through it before it is built
Wireframes, then a prototype you can use. Nothing is built until you sign it off, so you judge the work itself before paying for a build.
-
Build
Watch it being built
Delivered in increments on a staging URL, not handed over at the end. You see working software throughout, not a status report.
-
Hand over
Accept it, and keep it
You accept the build before it goes live. Documentation ships with it, so your own team or another supplier can take it over. You own what you paid for.
