Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe & Microsoft 365 integrations

Integrations

Stop typing the same record into two systems

Codexlava connects the systems a business already runs — accounting, CRM, payments and Microsoft 365 — to each other and to your own custom software, website or shop. Built on each vendor's official API, tested against their sandbox, and built to tell someone when it fails.

The systems

Five we work with

Another system? If it has a documented API, it can usually be connected — ask.

  1. Xero · Accounting

Invoices, bills, contacts and payments written to Xero from your own system through the Xero API, so finance stops re-keying what the website or app already knows.

  2. QuickBooks · Accounting

The same for QuickBooks Online: sales, invoices and customers synced through its accounting API, with failures reported rather than silently dropped.

  3. HubSpot · CRM

Contacts, companies and deals created or updated in HubSpot from your forms, app or shop, so sales see every enquiry in one place.

  4. Stripe · Payments

Checkout, subscriptions, refunds and invoices through Stripe, with webhooks keeping your own records in step with what Stripe has actually charged.

  5. Microsoft 365 · Workplace

Sign-in with your staff's Microsoft accounts, and documents, calendars and email reached through Microsoft Graph — inside the tools your team already uses.

How we build them

Integrations that keep working

  1. Map the data

Which records move, in which direction, which system wins when two disagree, and what happens to the ones already there.

  2. Use the official API

Each vendor's documented API, with OAuth or a revocable API key, never scraping or a shared password, so the connection survives the vendor's next redesign.

  3. Plan for failure

Retries, a queue for work that cannot run yet, and an alert when something fails — so a missed invoice is a notification, not a surprise at month end.

  4. Test against a sandbox

Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot and Stripe all offer test environments. Integrations are proven there before they touch your live accounts.

  5. Hand over with a runbook

What to do when a token expires or a sync fails, written down, so your team is not dependent on us to keep it running.

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Tell us which systems and what should move between them. We will say whether a ready-made connector would do.

Which systems can Codexlava integrate with?
Codexlava builds integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe and Microsoft 365, connecting them to custom software, websites, shops and to each other. For another system, ask - if it has a documented API, it can usually be connected.
Can you connect our website or shop to Xero?
Yes. Orders, invoices, customers and payments can be written to Xero automatically through the Xero API, so they do not have to be typed in twice. The same applies to QuickBooks Online.
Why not use Zapier or a ready-made connector?
Often you should. If an off-the-shelf connector does what you need, it is cheaper than custom code, and we will say so. A custom integration earns its cost when the mapping is unusual, the volumes are high, or failures need handling that a generic connector cannot do.
What happens when an integration fails?
It should tell someone. Codexlava builds integrations with retries, a queue for work that cannot run yet, and alerts when something fails, so a missed record is noticed the same day rather than at month end.
Do we need to share our passwords for the integration?
No. Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe and Microsoft 365 all support OAuth or API keys that you create and can revoke, so the integration never needs a person's password and access can be withdrawn at any time.

Tell us what you are building

One call, no obligation. We will tell you what the work involves, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right people to do it.
